About the Event
We are excited to partner with wellness coach, Tasha Edwards to bring saturday morning Yoga back to Arsenal Combat Sports Club. This is a great class for all levels, and particularly those interested in adding yoga to your wellness routine.
What is Yoga?
Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. Yoga uses slow movements and deep breathing to increase blood flow and warm up muscles while holding the pose builds strength and focus. Yoga improves balance and flexibility and helps with soreness and recovery.
Tasha is a public speaker, yoga and pilates instructor, and a board-certified health and wellness coach. Her mission is to make wellness more accessible to everyone.
