About the Event
Ring in the New Year by empowering yourself! Join us for an 8-week women's self defense and fitness challenge focused on helping you build strength, confidence, and valuable self protection skills.
This program will meet once a week and feature a full-body workout incorporating kickboxing, strength training, and cardio to help you improve your speed, power, and endurance. You'll also learn essential MMA inspired self defense techniques and strategies from certified instructors to help you guard against threats and feel safer.
Each 60-minute session will include:
- 30 minutes of heart-pumping kickboxing moves to torch calories and develop fighting reflexes
- 15 minutes of strength training circuits to build muscle and inner warrior spirit
- 15 minutes of MMA inspired self defense techniques including strikes, escapes, & scenario based drilling. No prior experience needed!
Whether your goal is to get in better shape or know you can defend yourself if you ever need to, this challenge provides a supportive sisterhood to motivate and empower you. You'll gain physical and inner strength, make new friends, and start the New Year off with a new sense of confidence.
